and/or state utility regulatory regime(s), rate structure(s), and customers.
Neither Entergy Corporation nor any subsidiary or other affiliate of Entergy
Corporation shall be liable for the obligations, or entitled to the benefits
of, any other subsidiary or affiliate of Entergy Corporation, except as may be
expressly provided by a duly authorized and executed, legally enforceable

payment information needed to process pledges made by third-parties in
